The Old Number 5
A little late on this post, but just be glad I am posting anything at all. I am heavily submerged in the baseball playoffs, going to school, working, and dealing with an 11-week-old baby, that’s a lot for your boy to handle. But have no fear, I got a couple posts for today.
First things first, last week’s Fantasy Football MVP was your boy and mine Donovan F. McNabb. Dude beat down the Fudgepackers by himself, and with 4 touchdowns and damn near 300 yards there was no doubt that he was the man last weekend.
Honorable mention goes to Santana Moss, who pulled down 3 touchdowns and over 130 yards receiving. Not a bad day for someone that most people had already given up on this year and had him sitting on their bench the one day he blows up. Go figure.
But Monday night belonged to number 5. He ran when he needed to, he passed when he needed to, he did it all. It was the pre-T.O. McNabb, the McNabb that we all knew and loved and it was good to see him back.
Let’s hope he can get it done again this weekend when that loud mouth pompas asshole T.O comes strollin back into Philly. Let’s also hope T.O. has to go over the middle and meet up with Brian Dawkins. That will just be fun to watch.
